Shipping & Returns 

All helmets and physical pieces ship for free via UPS Ground in the United States. International shipping is also available, but buyers outside the US will be required to cover shipping costs. Digital files are available for instant download via Google Drive link provided in PDF upon purchase. 

If you have any sort of issue with your helmet or cosplay piece after receiving the product, please get in touch with me and I will do everything I can to resolve the problem. Returns can be accepted in the event that something does not fit properly or if products are damaged during shipping. Due to the nature of digital files, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds, but please get in touch with me all the same if you experience any sort of issue with your order.
